The Business Availability Checker Works
Checking Availability Of Business...
Step 1.
A potential client visits your business
website to find out about your services.
Step 2.
With your BizChecker Availability
Checker installed, they may click a link that allows them
to instantly check your availability to provide your services
against a chosen date.
Step 3.
They will be presented with a screen
similar to the one below, customised with your business name,
with which they may select a date to check against.

If Business Available, Success...
Success Step 1.
If they are successful and find a
date when you are available to provide your services, they
will be presented with the following Booking Details Form
to complete.

Success Step 2.
All their details will be sent to
your business email address. A courtesy email will be sent
to them, automatically addressed from your business.
Success Step 3.
You will now have all the information
to arrange the booking or appointment with your new customer.
If Business Has NO Availability...
No Availability Step 1.
Should you NOT be available for their
chosen date, they will be given the choice of checking your
availability against another date or being taken to your Online
Community Recommendations page.
No Availability Step 2.
The Online Community Recommendations
page will be similar to the one shown below and links the
user direct to similar businesses you would normally recommend.

No Availability Step 3.
In such circumstances, you will now
have been saved the time and hassle of dealing with enquiries
for dates you are not available.
Other potential clients will also be directed
to you when members of your BizChecker Online Community
are themselves unavailable for a specific date.
When finished, users will be directed
back to your business website.
